All services are advisory in nature unless expressly agreed in writing. Swastikaa does not assume operational control, management responsibility, or regulatory liability for client businesses.

Swastikaa provides recommendations based on professional expertise and industry practices. However:

• Commercial success is not guaranteed.
   
• Market performance, profitability, regulatory approvals, or production outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
   
• Implementation success depends on the client’s execution, resources, compliance, and operational decisions.
   

Swastikaa shall not be liable for business performance outcomes.

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
   
• Conduct independent verification and validation
   
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements
   
• Obtain required licenses, approvals, certifications, and registrations
   
• Conduct safety, stability, and quality testing where applicable
   

Swastikaa is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.

All materials developed or provided by Swastikaa including:

• Reports
   
• Templates
   
• SOPs
   
• Frameworks
   
• Guides
   
• Methodologies
   
• Presentations
   
• Documents
   

remain the exclusive intellectual property of Swastikaa unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use only.

Reproduction, redistribution, resale, modification, or public sharing without written consent is strictly prohibited.

• All fees must be paid as per agreed milestone or invoice schedule.
   
• Consultancy fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once service has commenced.
   
• Digital products and downloadable materials are strictly non-refundable.
   
• Delay in payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
   
• Swastikaa reserves the right to revise service pricing without prior notice for future engagements.
   

Swastikaa reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• Payments are delayed
   
• The client breaches these Terms
   
• The engagement becomes unethical, unlawful, or commercially unviable
   

In case of termination, fees paid for work already completed shall remain non-refundable.

Swastikaa’s total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific service.

Swastikaa shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
   
• Business losses or lost profits
   
• Regulatory penalties or compliance failures
   
• Production losses or operational downtime
   
• Third-party vendor failures
   

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and business information shared during engagement.

Swastikaa reserves the right to reference project categories, industry segments, or anonymized case studies for marketing purposes unless restricted in writing.

Swastikaa provides regulatory and compliance guidance only. Final responsibility for:

• Licensing
   
• Product approvals
   
• Certifications
   
• Label accuracy
   
• Legal compliance
   

rests solely with the client.

All timelines are indicative and subject to:

• Client responsiveness
   
• Vendor availability
   
• Regulatory processes
   
• External dependencies
   

Delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances shall not result in liability.

Swastikaa shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen emergencies.

Users agree not to:

• Misuse website content
   
• Copy proprietary materials
   
• Attempt unauthorized access
   
• Use content for competitive purposes
   

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through written communication.

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India, governed by the laws of India.

Swastikaa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be effective upon publication on the website.
